Plymouth Preschool celebrated the season with The Littlest Angel’s Christmas program. This event takes place on the second Thursday in December in the evening. The Church campus looks magical on this night with hundreds of twinkling lights, a tented area and the Church Hall decorated with brilliantly lit Christmas trees hung with Christmas ornaments made by the children.
Four hundred parents and children filled the church to watch the children perform under the careful direction of the Music Teacher, accompanied by the organist. The children dressed in their holiday clothes and performed songs celebrating cultural holidays from around the world. Following the program ‘The Little Farm’ with Jeremiah the donkey and other farm animals were available for the children to see and touch in a small enclosure. There were children’s activities to keep them busy at the table and also a buffet dinner and a special visit from Santa. The weather was beautiful and parents enjoyed sitting watching the children: a moment to relax in this busy holiday time.
This evening was made possible by the dedication and hard work of our parents who volunteer to organize events and fundraising throughout out the year; our Plymouth community is blessed!
Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays and a peaceful time for all as we celebrate family traditions in our own special way!
